I’m an editor and writer who’s been working professionally for 30+ years. I work with large technology companies, business professionals, and small business owners to make sure their writing is polished, clear and concise, and accurate.

1. I started my career as a lexicographer at Merriam-Webster (you know, the dictionary people). I’m what they call a “descriptivist,” meaning I believe in describing the language as it is, not as somebody thinks it should be. Language evolves, and I’m here for it.
2. I have years of experience editing all kinds of content – technology blogs, magazine content, marketing copy, emails, whitepapers, ebooks, and high-value, high-visibility web content for a major technology company.
3. The combination of these two facts means that I know the rules of grammar, syntax, and the rest – and when it’s okay to break them. I know how to make your personal voice shine and how to make sure your content stays on brand and on message.

How Does It Work?
To begin with, I will evaluate your project to determine the amount of time required and the fee. I will send you a quote explaining work I’ll be doing for you.
Once you accept the quote, I’ll send you a contract and an invoice that detail the work to be done and the price.
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required for me to commence work. I accept PayPal and Venmo. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work, after which I will return your work to you.
